Parking Tips

When parking your vehicle, check the parking lot for any sign that designates the parking lot. Do not park in an area in which you are not designated to be in.
Avoid handicap parking spaces if you are not a person with a handicap. Remember: doing so entails a ticket for $100 or more.
All reserved service parking is to be kept open 24/7 for service vehicles.
Faculty, staff and day student parking becomes open parking from 5:30 in the evening to 7:00 AM in the morning on weekdays and from 5:30 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday. All vehicles must have current decal and park in a legal parking space.
Permits expire on the 10th of August every year. Remember to purchase a new one before this date every year, if you are on campus. If you missed this date, still make sure you buy one. We sell permits all year around.
Make sure your decal is displayed properly. Sticker permits must be permanently placed on the outside of the vehicle, according to the instructions on the decal. No exceptions allowed. Remember: Not following instructions may lead to a citation for improper display.
Damaged permits may be exchanged for a replacement permit for a fee of $1.00 upon presenting your "trade in" permit or proof of damage.
In gravel lots, park in space designated for parking by concrete curbing.
Do not park on grass
Do not park in areas marked yellow
Do not parked in areas not marked by parking lines
Do not park in shuttle stops
Always park vehicle in the same direction as the flow of traffic.
